KORIOTAA BOYTON OKOBIAH (Mrs) hails from Bakana, Degema, LGA of Rivers State, Nigeria. A successful, Procurement Officer with more than 12 years of professional experience in carrying out my scheduled duties in my career as a diligent and efficient civil servant.  having worked in different Federal Government MDAs.

She possesses a B.Sc Botany (1991) from the University of Port  Harcourt, M.Sc Environmental Biology (2013) from the University of Abuja, a graduate professional diploma (2016) from the Chartered Institute of Purchasing & Supply Management of Nigeria.

She started her career in the Civil Service as a Scientific Officer II, GL 08, posted to Ministry of Defence, and rose through the ranks to Chief Scientific Officer, GL 14, before converting to Procurement in 2012.

Her first posting after the conversion was to the Ministry of Interior (2012-2014), Ministry of Niger Delta Affairs (2014-2016), Ministry of Power (2016-2017) and then to State House as an Assistant Director to Head the Procurement Department (2017-2024).

Currently, she is the Director Public Procurement in the Ministry of Housing & Urban Development, Mabushi, Abuja. 
She is blessed with three lovely daughters and one son.
